CONVENTION 2005 -  Greensburg, PA

The Washies participated in the convention this year marching in the category of 35 or more marching with music, entered the Ladder and the Engine into competition as well.

We participated in meetings with Plymouth Fire Company our co-host for next year's convention.  Presentations were made by David Zinni and Jack Heleniak the convention co-chairs. 

The Washington Fire Company took 1st place in all 3 categories entered. 

The groups staying together this year were: Washies, Plymouth, Wilkins Twp. #3, Penn 7, Lebanon, Cleona, Sharttlesville, George Clay, Narberth.  A good time was had by all.

The Washies would like to thank all that helped to make this year another convention to remember.
